WPT Global’s Holiday Rush Promotion Offers $2.5 Million Prize Pool

WPT Global and Pragmatic Play together are running the Holiday Rush promotion till 10 January 2025. The promotion kicked off on 6 December with a prize pool of $2,500,000, distributed through daily prize drops and hourly tournaments.

The Holiday Rush promotion is centered around a selection of Christmas-themed games, including the new Gates of Olympus Xmas 1000. A total of over 85,000 prizes will be available, with no minimum bet or wagering requirements for participation.

The Holiday Rush promotion consists of two main components: Daily Prize Drops and Hourly Tournaments.

1. Daily Prize Drops

Starting on 6th December 2024, the promotion will feature 36 daily prize drops.
Each day’s prize pool is expected to total $25,000, which will be distributed across 3,500 prizes, including cash and free spins.
Players can win randomly awarded prizes by placing real-money bets in any participating game.
There are no minimum bet requirements, and the maximum bet considered for free spins payout is $2.50 (or currency equivalent).
A player can win a maximum of three prizes per day.

2. Hourly Tournaments

The promotion includes 108 hourly tournaments, with each tournament offering a prize pool of $15,000. Prizes will be awarded as multipliers of the player’s bet amount.
To qualify for the tournament, players must place real-money bets in any participating game and achieve the highest single spin win relative to their bet.
The first 100 bets placed by a player will count towards their score in the tournament.
The hourly tournaments will be scheduled daily from 18:01 to 20:01 UTC, with three consecutive one-hour events.

Schedule and Game Selection

The Daily Prize Drops will begin at 10:01 CET on 6 December 2024, and will run daily from 00:01 CET until 23:59 CET, or until all prizes have been awarded.

The Hourly tournaments will begin at 18:01 CET, followed by two additional tournaments at 19:01 CET and 20:01 CET.

Participating games for the promotion include a range of Christmas-themed slots, such as Sugar Rush Xmas, Sweet Bonanza Xmas, Christmas Big Bass Bonanza, and Gates of Olympus Xmas 1000.

Prize Breakdown

Daily Prize Drops: Each day’s expected prize pool is $25,000, distributed across 3,500 prizes in the form of cash and free spins.

Hourly Tournaments: The expected prize pool for each tournament is $15,000, awarded across 150 cash prizes.
