Qualify For KKLive New Brunswick Event With Online Satellites
Players can now grind on KKPoker to qualify for the KKLive New Brunswick event. The event runs from 3 February to 13 April.
KKLive's upcoming event will be held at Fredericton, New Brunswick from 3 February to 13 April. KKPoker will run satellites for players to qualify online.
This event marks the first time that a tournament series of this scale will be held in the city, following successful iterations in Montreal and Prince Edward Island.
Event Details
The tournament features a CAD 350 buy-in, with live Day 1 qualifiers commencing on April 11, 2025, at St Mary's Entertainment Centre, located at 185 Gabriel Dr, Fredericton, NB.
The event structure combines both online and offline play, offering players multiple opportunities to qualify for the live Day 2.
Qualification
Players have the opportunity to secure their entry through various means:
- Online satellites
- Online Day 1s
- Live Day 1s
It's worth noting that while the freeroll, FLIP, and satellite tournaments are restricted to the Canada region, the Online Day 1A - E qualifiers are open to all players globally. A fixed conversion rate of USD 250 to CAD 350 will be applied throughout the event.
The tournament organisers have announced that all players who make it to Day 2 will be in the money. The complete payout structure is set to be revealed after the conclusion of the final Live Day 1.
Travel Allowance
In an effort to encourage participation from across Canada, a travel allowance system has been implemented for eligible online qualifiers residing in the country. The allowance structure is as follows:
- PEI residents: CAD 50
- Quebec residents: CAD 400
- Residents of all other provinces (excluding New Brunswick and Nova Scotia): CAD 800
This travel credit will be paid into the players' accounts, potentially offsetting travel costs for players from various parts of Canada.
