Suck out stories in poker are always entertaining to read. And we have one for you from High Stakes Season 13, Episode 4. High stakes regular, Jennifer Tilly scooped the biggest pot of Season 13 of the popular poker show.

Earlier on, the American-Canadian pro ran into Sameh Elamawy’s full house and lost a pot worth over $200,000. But quickly the former actress found herself in a position of power when she held pocket queens against Andrew Robl’s 10♦9♦.

Jennifer Tilly vs Andrew Robl

Tilly and Robl saw a flop of 10♣6♦10♥ which led to the latter firing a bet of $40,000 into a pot of over $81,000. Tilly happily called.

The turn card brought Q♣ which became Robl’s gateway to suck out city. The river showed 7♠ which meant nothing for Robl and yet he threw in another $60,000 in the middle only making it difficult for himself.

Tilly put Robl all-in for $231,000 holding the lead, and found the call. Robl was facing a loss worth $623,900, the biggest pot at the ongoing season.

Andrew Robl’s Historic High Stakes Poker Fail

Robl has seen some significant fails on the High Stakes Poker show but the Season 12 one against Santhosh Suvarna made history.

Robl lost a pot worth close to $1 Million. Suvarna’s Ace-King offsuit beat Robl’s 54 suited in a way that many viewers will remember for a long time.

On a flop of 4s 4d 2s, Robl was leading which quickly changed when King appeared on the turn. With the pot over $200,000 both players checked and the river was a King again.

This changed Suvarna's fate as he sat with a better hand than his rival. Robl fired $300,000 and the Indian pro shoved his chips leaving his opponent stunned. Robl matched the bet and lost $992,000, the biggest pot in High Stakes Poker’s history.
